My name is James Gatherer and I have been a follower and disciple of the Lord Jesus for over fifty years. I have been a minister in the Church of Scotland for thirty five years and am now the new minister for the congregation in Kirkcudbright.

 

With the outbreak of COVID-19 all services and gatherings have been cancelled until further notice so I have set up this website to share words of teaching, encouragement and interest during our time of lock down.

The title of the website, where 2 or 3, is drawn from one of Jesus' most important promises -

​

"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I in the midst of them."

​

All over the world men and women still find this promise comes true when they meet in small groups and call upon Jesus' name. Together they can find a deeper experience of the Way of the Lord Jesus as they seek to ask the two questions -
